New Melle Festival: Three day festival complete with an all-star carnival, bands from around the area, magic show, a parade (The Wild, Wild, West theme), local emergency service vehicles from St. Charles County Police and Ambulance Departments and New Melle Fire District, a balloon twister, beer garden and live music from Whiskey Dixon and Contagious, queen pageant, washers tournament, baby contest, and more. Admission is only $2.00/person on Thursday, or $1.00 with a canned food item to be donated to the local food pantry.
