The first phase of the long-awaited Ballpark Village is set to officially open March 27 in downtown St. Louis. The multi-venue hotspot is planning a series of celebrations for the grand opening. Third Eye Blind will be performing a free concert on the Fox Sports Midwest Live! Stage on March 27. The Budweiser Brew House has Joe Nichols on March 29. Justin Moore is also performing a special preview set before his concert on March 27 at Chaifetz. You can enter to win tickets to that through country station WIL 92.3.
