How many of you can remember your favorite childhood dish? I sure can because I still eat it to this day….the infamous Sloppy Joe.

Sloppy joe is a tasty tradition that has been passed down to my children. They absolutely love it! I can still remember my mom asking my sisters and me,  “Hey, what do you you guys want for dinner?” She always passed over me because she knew I would say “SLOPPY JOE!”

Over the years, I’ve made many different sloppy joe creations. My favorite, of course, is the standard sloppy joe sandwich loaded with cheese on an onion roll bun. I have wowed family members with my famous sloppy joe casserole, and friends with my sloppy joe dip. Recently, after discussing my love of sloppy joes with my co-workers, we came across what is now my favorite website, www.manwich.com.  I was incredibly shocked to find that some of the dishes I thought I had so brilliantly created were already on the site! I guess I’m not the only sloppy joe lover out there. Sloppy joe has come a long way from just the saucy meat between two buns. Here’s a few of my favorite tasty creations you’ll find on the website.
