From April 1st through September 30th, the Missouri Botanical Garden is hosting the Great St. Louis Tree Hunt.  Explore the St. Louis metro region, including Missouri and Illinois, in search of 20 marked TREEmendous Trees.  Document your findings and bring the completed guide (downloadable at www.mobot.org/treemendous) to the Missouri Botanical Gardens TREEmendous Interactive Discovery Center to receive a special tree-themed award.  You can also download a clue map and photo journal.  The tree hunt is part of the TREEmendous year at the Garden, a celebration of the U.N. International Year of Forests.
