Adding on to trends that are becoming increasingly popular, we have furniture and wall decal art. I was introduced to this style of decor over 6 months ago and then recently re-introduced to this trend…only now they have it for furniture too!
No more bland, white apartment walls, or standard wood furniture for us trendsetters!
The breakdown: Design your own art, use pictures that you have taken yourself, or choose designs from a variety of artists. Then stick the decal art on to your walls and furniture. Super easy!
And super creative! Us apartment dwellers don’t get a lot of say when it comes to color and art. We have to ask can I hang things here, can I paint, etc and then worry about our deposit refund in the end. Is it too much to ask for a little bit of color and some pizzazz in our home?
This type of art is made of decals that you stick on to the walls and then easily remove without damaging the wall. And when you move out, you just peel it off and take it with you. And it’s much easier to transport than some gigantic framed art. And for the furniture, how awesome is it to be able to jazz up your plain old dresser or headboard with a fun design and color!
