Have you always wanted a running/walking buddy but don’t have the time or space necessary to be a great dog parent? Stray rescue is offering you a chance to get that companionship and make a dog’s day in the process.
Stray Rescue of St. Louis offers a Running Buddies enrichment program as a healthy, fun way to keep yourself in good working order while enhancing the life and well-being of a shelter dog. Their dogs need volunteers to come in and work with them, walk or run with them. I can’t think of a better way to get out and exercise!!
It’s also a good time to start preparing for the GO! St. Louis and be a part of Team Running Buddies, representing Stray Rescue. There are several races for every experience level, from the 5K run, to walking or a full marathon.
