Every Friday we take a look back at the week that was here on RealLifeSTL. This week, we’ve recapped one Saint Louis FC game and looked ahead to another. We showcased five performances from the amazingly-talented Song Suffragettes series in Nashville, We also told you about Amy Schumer’s I Feel Pretty, Traffik, Super Troopers 2 and of course, events happening around St. Louis this weekend.

Saint Louis FC Beats LA Galaxy II
On Monday, we recapped the 1-0 Saint Louis FC win over LA Galaxy II that took place place over the weekend at World Wide Technology Soccer Park in Fenton.

The Song Suffragettes showcase takes place every Monday night at The Listening Room Cafe in Nashville. At this week’s showcase, the performers covered “The Middle” by Maren Morris. Zedd and Grey.
STLFC Takes On Oklahoma City Energy FC This Weekend
On Wednesdays we look ahead to what’s on tap for Saint Louis in the weekend ahead. The team travels to Oklahoma this weekend to take on Oklahoma City Energy FC on Saturday night.

Ariana Grande released her latest sing “No Tears Left To Cry” earlier today and also dropped a music video. The video has already been viewed more than 7.4 million times on YouTube.
Avicii Found Dead At 28
Avicii, the Swedish DJ whose music is popular around the world, died at the age of 28 years old earlier today. Tim Bergling (the DJ’s real name) was found dead in Muscat, Oman. Bergling announced his retirement from touring back in 2016 and had dealt with health problems for several years.
Sugarland Releases “Babe” Featuring Taylor Swift
Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush have reunited as Sugarland and they made quite the splash this week with their latest single. “Babe” was written by Taylor Swift and Patrick Monahan of Train originally for Swift’s Red album. The song didn’t make that album and had been sitting since when Taylor gave the song to Nettles upon hearing they were reuniting.
Taylor Swift is featured on the Sugarland cut of the song.
