Are you ready for Easter? The holiday falls on Sunday, April 1 in 2018. Are you looking for somewhere around St. Louis to celebrate Easter in 2018? We compiled a bunch of activities taking place around town this year below for your perusal.

Here are some great opportunities to get your (or your kids’) picture taken with the Bunny, go on a hunt for some colorful eggs or have an holiday-inspired breakfast or brunch.

Pictures with the Easter Bunny 

Getting your picture taken with the Easter Bunny or making your kids take one is a time-honored tradition. Various shopping malls in the area offer opportunities for these pictures for both children and pets.

The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures at the following mall locations through March 31st.

Breakfast With Bunny at the Saint Louis Zoo

The Saint Louis Zoo is hosting Breakfast with Bunny on March 24th and 31st. Breakfast session seatings are at 8:30 am, 10:30 am and 12:30 pm each day. The breakfasts will be hosted at the McDonnell Center at River Camp. Children attending will have the opportunity to take photos with Bunny and other characters while all in attendance partake in the breakfast buffet. Children will also receive a special gift while the adults will enjoy free parking. Tickets are $27 for adults and $20 for children. Saint Louis Zoo members can receive a $2 discount on each ticket. Children under 2 years of age are free.

Breakfast With The Bunny and Easter Egg-Citement at Eckert’s

Eckert’s in Belleville is offering Breakfast with The Bunny and Easter Egg-Citement on selected Saturdays and Sundays from March 17th through March 31st.

Breakfast with The Bunny will feature a “country-style breakfast” that will include cereal, has browns, eggs, bacon, sausage and more. Selected drinks will be included with each meal. Tickets are $12.99 for adults and $6.99 for children and should be purchased in advance.

Easter Egg-Citement will feature an Easter Egg Hunt every hour between 9 am and 3 pm and well as baby chicks & bunnies, face-painting and more. Tickets are $12 per child and should be purchased in advance.

Magic House Bunny Breakfast

The Magic House will host a special breakfast featuring a special guest – the Easter Bunny! Every-bunny will have a great time as they enjoy a delicious breakfast, participate in a fun, hands-on activity, get their picture taken with the Bunny and enjoy all-day admission to the Museum. The cost is $15 per person for members or $20 per person for non-members.

Adult Easter Egg Hunt

St. Charles Parks & Recreation is hosting an Adult Easter Egg Hunt at Wapelhorst Park. Your $20 admission includes the egg hunt as well as two draft beer tickets. Registering in advance is recommended. Bring your own buckets and flashlights.

Jefferson Barracks is hosting an adult egg hunt on March 23rd and March 24th. The cost is $10. Advanced registration is closed but there is still availability to purchase tickets on-site.

Hare in the Air Easter Egg Hunt

The event at Logan University is free to the community and includes egg hunts for children ages 2-8 as well as fun activities for the whole family. The bunny arrives by helicopter at 9:30am. There will be a petting zoo, balloon artists, costumed characters, and police car. Don’t forget to bring your basket.

St. Louis Hills Easter Egg Hunt 

The St. Louis Hills Neighborhood Association is again hosting the annual Easter egg hunt in Francis Park. Children of all ages are invited to participate. There are designated areas broken down by age group where the kids can gather eggs filled with candy and prize coupons. Children in grades 4-8 can search an extended area to find four additional $25 prize eggs. The day will also feature photo opportunities with the Bunny and others. St. Louis Children’s Hospital will have representatives on hand to fit bike helmets and sell new helmets for $11.

Hunt For A Cure

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is again hosting Hunt for a Cure this year. The Bunny will arrive by helicopter to oversee the egg hunt that will have 80,000 eggs from children to find. The day will also feature nursery rhyme characters, face-painting, health booths, a petting zoo, pony rides and more. Admission is $12 per family.

Easter Sunday Brunch Cruise

Enjoy  Easter brunch aboard a riverboat floating down the Mississippi River while a Dixieland band serenades the crowd. Adults: $45. Children (ages 3–12): $18. Reservations are required.

Brunch at Helen Fitzgerald’s

Enjoy Easter Brunch at Helen Fitzgerald’s on Easter Day. The menu will feature Syberg’s wings, waffles, omelets, biscuits & gravy, shrimp, ham, fried chicken and more. Call for more information and to make reservations. The Easter Bunny will be in attendance.
