Looking For Something Other Than Brunch?

The St. Louis Cardinals take on the Chicago Cubs in an afternoon game at Busch Stadium on Sunday. Jake Arrieta takes the mound for the Cubs. Adam Wainwright is scheduled to pitch for the Cardinals after a shakeup in the weekend pitching schedule involving Michael Wacha.

The first 30,000 fans 16 and over receive a glass Cardinals picture frame. You love baseball and mom loves pictures and the frames they go in, right?

(That’s a joke about dumb things people get offended by.)

Need some gift ideas for mom? Check out Uncommon Goods.

Chaifetz Arena is hosting the Mother’s Day Music Festival on Sunday featuring Anthony Hamilton, Joe and Raheem Devaughn.

Chance The Rapper plays Scottrade Center Sunday night, while Eric Chruch is there Saturday Night.

Do you know of other great events for mom going on this weekend? Let us know in the comments.

Ryan is a weird dude. He doesn't cook, yet owns a plethora of kitchen gadgets. He rationalized buying a SodaStream while unemployed. He counts Step Up 2: The Streets as one of his favorite movies along with Footloose, Rent, Grease and Paul Blart: Mall Cop. He loves Mizzou but only wants them in the SEC so he can tailgate in Nashville. He owns a ShakeWeight and AbLounger, but still loves him some John Donut and Billie's Fine Foods. You can get more of Ryan at iLoveSoulard.com or just check the stool on the far end of the bar at iTap in Soulard.
