Dada Ball & Bash: 100 + 1 years ago a group of artists got together at Zurich’s Cabaret Voltaire and formed a movement. Or they didn’t. Maybe they just got drunk and looked at the times in which they lived, post-World War I, which was godawful. Dadaism confronted the nightmare of reason with unreason—with nonsense, a trust in chance, and absurdist fashion. All this made for a helluva party. 100 + 1 years later, let’s do it again at our own Cabaret Voltaire! The Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis invites you to the 2017 Dada Ball & Bash: an evening to stand out from the norm with inventive cocktails, fanciful dining, and eccentric entertainment. Tickets to the Ball & Bash are $500. Tickets to just the Bash are $75 and are available in advance or at the door.

Jessica

Doesn’t know how to cook and survives pretty much on macaroni and cheese and pizza, so naturally, loves to eat out at restaurants. However, one day when she is married and has a family to cook for, she would love to take cooking classes and learn awesome skills like the chefs on Iron Chef America...as long as she doesn't have to clean the dishes afterwards.
