Netflix rolls Out Instructions For Mr. Bear Toy In Advance Of Fuller House Season 2 Debut

Netflix has released a video for an interesting new toy to promote the season 2 debut of Fuller House on December 9. Mr. Bear was the name of Stephanie Tanner’s stuffed animal in the early season of Full House.

Netflix’s new Mr. Bear toy isn’t exactly a stuffed animal you can buy on store shelves. Rather, Netflix has released instructions on GitHub to make your own Mr. Bear, which will connect you and your friends or loved ones using the power of your Full House love.

Our bears work with a touch of holiday magic and two linked hearts connected via a custom “cuddle” sensor. Hug the first bear and he calls his pair, causing both bears’ hearts to slowly pulse. When the bear’s buddy is squeezed, both hearts glow brightly and blink three times, turning on Netflix in both locations. The code and hardware for our Connected Mr. Bear is open source and available on GitHub.
