Start Mardi Gras Grand Parade Day At The Biergarten In Soulard

We’re big fans of The Biergarten at Anheuser-Busch around the RealLifeSTL headquarters. The staff there treated us to a fantastic time there back in November. With The Biergarten being in Soulard and Bud Light being the title sponsor of the Bud Light Grand Parade on Saturday, it’s a perfect way to start your Saturday and get ready for the festivities in Soulard later in the day.
The Biergarten is offering a special breakfast buffet from 8-11 AM prepared by their great chef, Travis Odle. For $25 guests 21 and older can purchase a buffet ticket that includes three draft beers along with the food. A special Michelada Bloody Mary bar will be available for purchase and we’ve been guaranteed an omelet station will be part of the buffet. Parking at The Brewery is included with your ticket. The outdoor seating area is housed in a heated tent and access to indoor bathrooms is available.
Beginning at 12:30 PM and going for the rest of the day, the restaurant will be serving off a menu of New Orleans-inspired dishes prepared by Odle and his team. The menu will feature:
- Classic Shrimp and Grits
- Red Beans and Rice
- Jumbo Coconut Beer Shrimp
- Lobster Po Boy
- Saffron and Crawfish Risotto
- Apple Beignets
- The Biergarten Burger
- Chicken Sandwich
- Bavarian Pretzel Sticks
The Biergarten will be open from 8 AM – 8 PM on Saturday, February 14th. Tickets for the Budweiser Beermaster Tour are sold out for all tours on Saturday. Free tours are available for a first-come-first-serve basis.
Revelers are encouraged to designate a designated driver in advance or use public transportation. The Bud Light Taxi app is free to download and is the “quickest and easiest way to call a cab”.
The Biergarten at the Anheuser-Busch Tour Center opened in August of 2013. It is typically open from 11 Am – 8 PM Monday through Saturday and from 11 AM – 6 PM on Sunday. The Biergarten features both indoor and outdoor seating. In the Winter months, the outdoor area is covered with a tent and the area is comfortably heated.
