This is one of the busiest seasons of the year.  Holidays abound with Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Rohatsu, Yule, and many others.

We are wrapping, buying, putting up lights, e-commercing, doing charitable work, cleaning house, baking cookies…

Breathe in deep…

Making the holiday treats, putting up wreaths, preparing and attending programs at schools, buying grandma that special present, attending worship services…

Breathe in deep again…

Reconnecting with friends, traveling to see family, attending work holiday parties (and trying not to make a fool of ourselves), remembering the postal carrier, teacher, child care worker, delivery person, colleagues…

Deep breathes….Don’t hyperventilate…

And trying not to lose the meaning of the season in all this extra hustle and bustle!
