With the holidays having officially begun and the first day of December coming this weekend, it’s only natural that you’re feeling the holiday spirit, which means this is the perfect opportunity to check out all of the great holiday performances and concerts happening at our fabulous St. Louis theatres.

We’ll start with the always popular Nutcracker. This year you have two opportunities to see this  holiday classic.

Purchase them in advance online.  In addition to the performances, there will also be meet and greet Sugar Plum Fairy luncheons on December 15th and 16th at 12:30pm to meet and get autographs and photos with the cast, plus a Chocolate and Champagne Opening Night Reception on December 14 at 6:00pm. Tickets for the reception are $50.

Then switch it up with a more modern take on a holiday tradition with a Circus themed Christmas performance.

Friday, December 14 – Sunday, December 16, Circus Flora will be teaming up with the STL Symphony for A Child’s Christmas In Wales: a Christmas show with a circus twist at Powell Hall. Performances are at 7:00pm on Friday and Saturday and 2:00pm on Sunday. Ticket prices range from $35 to $75. Purchase your tickets in advance online.

Then we’ve got the amazing concerts with all of the favorite traditional Christmas songs plus some added flavor.

Doesn’t know how to cook and survives pretty much on macaroni and cheese and pizza, so naturally, loves to eat out at restaurants. However, one day when she is married and has a family to cook for, she would love to take cooking classes and learn awesome skills like the chefs on Iron Chef America...as long as she doesn't have to clean the dishes afterwards.
