I know the holidays are coming. I know we aren’t supposed to talk about gift giving yet. It’s too early and makes people cranky, but it’s only six weeks away and I never know what to get people. It causes monstrous anxiety. What do you get adults for gifts other than alcohol and food? How about tickets for the little monsters….

Yes, if you know a little monster, you probably know that tickets to this concert are at the top of their holiday wish list. Tickets are still available from $75 and up-way up!. Unless you are filthy rich, I would get them now!
Think Lady Gaga tickets are hot? One of the hottest tickets in town is actually Wicked: The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz. This great take on the Wizard of Oz tells the backstory of who the witches are and what made each good or wicked. Darn those ruby slippers!! This show runs from December 12-January 6 at the fabulous Fox Theatre with tickets starting at $59. The last time it was in STL it sold out quickly.
Feeling like a Grinch and need to get in the holiday spirit? There’s no better way than to attend the Gateway Men’s Chorus presentation of Holiday! December 14 and 15th at 560 Music Center on the Washington University Campus. This show will incorporate holiday favorites from the quirky to the classical.
