No dinner plans tonight?

Well then I’ve got you covered. Queeny Park in Ballwin is hosting the St. Louis Wing Ding Competition tonight starting at 6:00pm.

What the hell is a wing ding competition you ask?

It’s a chicken wing challenge! 15 St. Louis restaurants including: Culpepper’s, 11 Mile House, Joe Buck’s, St. Louis Wing Co and more will be competing for the title of Best Chicken Wings. David Craig from Food Talk STL, Monica Adams from Fox 2 and Chris Reimer from Rizzo’s Tees are just a few of the many celebrity judges who will be there blind taste testing all of the wings to pick the Best of the Best winner.

Tickets are $25 which gets you unlimited (until they run out) wings and two beverages – beer or soda. Or if you want to make it a Happy Hour Thursday, you can purchase VIP tickets for $50 and get wings, unlimited beverages, reserved seating and a special Happy 1/2 Hour beginning at 5:30pm. All attendees also get to vote for which wings they think should be crowned the King of the Wings.

The event is to raise money for United Cerebral Palsy Heartland. Money raised will help support children and adults with disabilities and their families.

You can purchase tickets in advance or head out to Greenfelder Arena in Queeny Park at 6pm and buy them there.

*Tickets for kids ages 13-20 are $15, kids ages 6-12 are $5 and kids under 6 are free.

Doesn’t know how to cook and survives pretty much on macaroni and cheese and pizza, so naturally, loves to eat out at restaurants. However, one day when she is married and has a family to cook for, she would love to take cooking classes and learn awesome skills like the chefs on Iron Chef America...as long as she doesn't have to clean the dishes afterwards.
