Ahh, those were the good ole days…before people started criticizing her and calling her crazy because of this:

But guess what guys? Just like the Backstreet Boys…she’s back…in St. Louis that is, performing this weekend at the Peabody Opera House. The same place that the amazingly talented Nicki Minaj will be performing in just 2 weeks!

She will be promoting her new album: The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than the Driver of the Screw and Whipping Cords Will Serve You More Than Ropes Will Ever Do. (Yes, that’s really the album’s title).

The album was released June 19th and Fiona compared it to an open wound, saying: “The Idler Wheel isn’t always pretty, but it pulses with life, brutal and true.”

Hey, I didn’t say she wasn’t strange, but she’s an artist so it’s to be expected. And if you remember Fiona songs from back in the day and you listen to a couple of her new songs including Anything We Want, you will agree, she still has that crazy unique voice that is truly one-of-a-kind.

Tickets are available at Ticketmaster, Stubhub, all the usual places. Get a ticket, then go grab a delicious burger at Hamburger Mary’s or Bailey’s Range, then head on over to the Peabody Opera House this Saturday, July 14th at 7:30pm and enjoy a great Fiona show.
