Yay for the Cardinals Home Opener! It’s that time of year folks, when a light breeze wafts through Busch Stadium, swirling the smell of peanuts, popcorn, and beer! Yes it is baseball time again!

Is there a more revered day each year in St. Louis? I am hard pressed to find a day that brings more of St. Louisians together under one red and white banner than the home opener. From the moment you wake up, the thrill of the day is in the air, being broadcast by almost every station in St. Louis, but usually my favorite official station, Y-98!

So join your friends, your Cub fan enemies, and just about everyone in STL on Friday, April 13 from 9:30 am- 2 pm at Kiener Plaza for the Y-98 Sam’s Club Opening Day Rally! There will be live music, food, and I am sure a few adult beverages from our friends down the street at Anheuser-Busch! For more event information, click here!
