Korean food in Edwardsville

I have passed by this place more times than I could count.  Honestly, the name turned me off a bit. I love food from all over Asia but The Oriental Spoon name just didn’t seem to make sense.

Finally we stopped, tired of our usual places around Edwardsville, and we needed somewhere to take the kids.  We gave them limited choices and this is what they picked (they thought is was going to be a Chinese place).  It was a nice night so we sat on the patio (I wouldn’t recommend this if you are looking for romance since it shares a patio with Dippin Dots, but it worked with the kids).  The wait staff was really nice and good at explaining the dishes.  The kids had chicken bulgogi and loved every bite and we both had the tofu bulgogi.  The sauce was sweet and the veggies were crisp.  Not my favorite food from the continent (Thai, oh how I love you) but a really good option in Edwardsville where ethnic cuisine is not easy to find.
