“Several of Soulard’s fine establishments offer samples of their signature dishes in this unique, create your own experience event.” Attendees are able to stroll through Soulard using the seven taste tickets from the ticket booklet to sample six signature dishes and one taste of Southern Comfort from the participating restaurants and pubs of Soulard. Attendees are welcome to use the free trolley service on Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm or walk the neighborhood on Saturday and Sunday.
